CANCELLATION POLICIES 

As travel plans can often change, we encourage you to make a soft reservation with us for both group and private tours as early as possible - even months in advance. This will help ensure that your group is on our schedule so that we can begin to plan out future tours. Please see booking and confirmation policies for both group and private tours below.

GROUP TOUR BOOKINGS & POLICIES

We accept 'soft reservations' as early as you would like to make one. We try to begin confirming group tour bookings around 2 weeks in advance of tour date. If you're name is on our 'reservation' list, you will be given priority over late comers. **Payment does not need to be made until your booking is confirmed.**

PRIVATE TOUR BOOKINGS & POLICIES

We accept Private Tour reservations as early as you would like to make them, but we cannot confirm Private Tour bookings until approximately 30-45 days in advance of your requested date(s).  **Payment does not need to be made until your booking is confirmed.**

 

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

We require FULL payment to be made when your booking is confirmed. Full refunds will be given if you need to cancel your booking outside of 7 days before your tour date. Bookings canceled 5-7 days from your tour date, will incur a 30% cancellation fee. Bookings canceled within 96 hours (4 days) from your tour date, will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT

When you decide to confirm your reservation, we will send along a PayPal payment request to your email address. PayPal is currently our only payment option. You DO NOT need to be a PayPal member to make payment.  You can simply click the 'Pay as a Guest' button at the bottom of the payment request (see example image), and then use a credit card to make payment. If you need to cancel your booking, your full, or partial payment will be refunded through paypal.

**All payments include a 5% transaction fee, which may be refunded if

cancellation requirements are met**
