CANCELLATION POLICIES
Group Tours
You can make a soft reservation anytime. We usually start confirming group tours about 2 weeks before the tour date. If your name is on our list, you’ll have priority when confirmations open.
**No payment is needed until your booking is confirmed.
Private Tours
You can reserve as early as you like. Private tour bookings are typically confirmed 30–45 days before your requested date(s).

Payment & Cancellations
Payment is only required once your booking has been confirmed.
We understand that travel plans can change. All paid bookings are subject to a nonrefundable 10% payment processing and administrative fee, regardless of when the cancellation is made. This fee is deducted from all refunds and is separate from cancellation fees outlined below.
If you cancel your booking after payment has been made, the following refund policy applies:

More than 7 days before your tour: 90% refund

2 to 7 days before your tour: 65% refund

48 hours to 2 days before your tour: 50% refund

Less than 48 hours before your tour, or no show: No refund
Date changes requested after payment has been made are subject to availability and incur a 25% rebooking fee.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
Weather & Cancellation Policy
Our tours operate rain or shine, as experiencing Vietnam in different weather conditions is part of the authentic local experience. If it rains during your tour, we will provide a complimentary poncho to help keep you dry.
However, your safety is our top priority. If severe weather, including flooding, strong storms, or unsafe heat conditions, prevents us from operating the tour, you may choose to:

Receive a full refund, or

Reschedule for another available date.
If you choose to cancel due to normal rain or mild weather while the tour is still operating, we may offer a partial refund or allow you to reschedule at our discretion.
