CAV BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICIES
GROUP TOUR BOOKINGS
As travel plans often change (even for the hungriest travelers), we have a standing policy to accept 'soft' Group Tour reservations as early as you would like to make them. Unfortunately.. We will not be able confirm group bookings until 10-14 days in advance of your requested dates. Reservations do NOT require any downpayment.
PRIVATE TOUR BOOKINGS
We accept Private Tour booking reservations as early as you would like to make them. We try to confirm Private Tour bookings as early as possible, but it's likely that we may not be able to confirm your booking until approximately 30 days in advance of your requested date(s).
PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
When your booking is able to be confirmed 100% of payment will need to be made before we can guarantee your booking. Full refunds will be given if you need to cancel your booking outside of 10 days. Bookings canceled 7-10 days from your tour date, will incur a 30% booking cancellation fee. Bookings canceled less than 7 days from your tour date, will incur a 50% booking cancellation fee.
PAYMENT
PayPal is currently our only payment option. You do not need to be a PayPal member to use their payment gateway, you can use a credit card to pay as a guest. If you need to cancel your booking, your full,or partial payment will be refunded through paypal.
Thank you for your understanding, we do our best to make everyone happy, but we have to protect our schedule and make sure that others are able to take your place if you happen to run into any unforeseen travel changes and cancellations.
